Shop Policy Information

 The items in our shop is Pre-Order item or handmade by me, which does mean we have to include additional time before shipment. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to our shop policies. You can find a copy of these policies below:

Shipping Policy

By purchasing any product from our shop, you agree to any and all Shipping Policies in place.

Shipping Policies

Please take a moment to review our Shipping Policies as it varies for each shipping service:

Note: North Ridge Boutique will not have any additional information around shipment status once the carrier has accepted the package. We can only see what the carrier provides with the tracking service. Please reach out to the shipping carrier for any updates on "tracking". North Ridge Boutique is not responsible for misdeliveries due to an incorrect addresses provided. No claims can be made on incorrect addresses.

USPS First Class Package (uninsured):

  • Lost(Misdelivered)/Stolen Packages -
    • Please reach out to your local USPS office and have them do a “GPS locate” on where the package was delivered. If needed, North Ridge Boutique can provide a copy of the shipping label to aide in the search. We (North Ridge Boutique) are not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages. 
  • "Return to Sender" -
    • If a package is returned to us, we will happily resend the item back to the buyer (at an additional charge). Due to the custom nature of the items, we are unable to refund for "Return to sender" items.

USPS Priority Mail (insured):

  • Lost(Misdelivered)/Stolen Packages -
    • Please contact us as we will be sure to file a claim with the shipping partner. Once the claim is approved, we will provide you with a few options to assist (refund or remake the items sent)
  • "Delivered, Left With Individual"  -
    • If USPS states they left the package with an Individual (ex. Apartment Staff), it is unlikely a claim can be processed. The customer will be required to reach out to USPS to have a "GPS locate" done on the delivery. Please feel free to contact us and we can provide a copy of the shipping label.
  • "Return to Sender" -
    • If a package is returned to us, we will happily resend the item back to the buyer (at an additional charge). Due to the custom nature of the items, we are unable to refund for "Return to sender" items.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed we are unable to accept a cancellation request.

ALL sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
